We are currently recruiting for a Case Manager, Communications Officer, a Senior Training Advisor and a Training Officer. 

The Case Manager works directly with children in residential care and their families (immediate or extended). The case manager will work with all stakeholders (RCIs, DoSVY, children, families and communities) to support and facilitate the reintegration of children with their families. This will inform best practice in reintegration support across Cambodia as part of the Family Care First initiative.

The position is based Siem Reap with frequent travel across the broader provincial area required. TLC Employees are offered a competitive salary based on experience. The package also includes savings scheme, health and accident insurance, and a telephone allowance.

The Communications Officer is a newly created position and will join a growing team. The primary purpose of the role is to develop, in English and Khmer, content that is engaging and informative for use on our website, in social media and for fundraising campaigns. The officer will manage This Life Cambodia’s social media channels, assist with website maintenance, and create marketing materials in support of program activities and fundraising. Fluency in written and oral English is essential, as is fluency in Khmer. The successful applicant will also need to demonstrate competency in utilising publishing tools such as WordPress and MailChimp and with graphic design software such as InDesign and Photoshop.  This is a re-posting of the position. The Senior Training Advisor will lead the development of a curriculum to develop best practice/quality social work practice in the field of reintegration in Cambodia. This curriculum will be delivered to partner organisations across the Family Care First network and will be based upon Cambodian reintegration guidelines.

The Senior Training Advisor will work with all stakeholders in order to identify capacity development requirements and ensure that the training meets these varying needs. The Lead Trainer will ensure the inclusion of relevant supporting documentation (legislation, regulations, standards, etc) for the Cambodian context. This curriculum will be reviewed for functionality, scalability and impact amongst participants as part of a view to expand its reach and efficacy.

The position is based Siem Reap or Phnom Penh with travel required across three provinces in Cambodia. TLC Employees are offered a competitive salary based on experience. The package also includes savings scheme, health and accident insurance, and a telephone allowance.
