Family Preservation Case Manager

Reporting to This Life in Families’ Program Coordinator, the Family Preservation Case Manager (FPCM) works directly with children (juveniles), parents and families who come into contact with the law to support and preserve these vulnerable families who are at risk of separation.

Using a case management approach, the FPCM is expected to manage up to 10 short-term cases for up to 6 months, implementing all relevant project activities (namely early intervention, advocacy, and identification of networks, referrals, emergency response and case management) with the children and their families, throughout the duration of the case management period.

This position is available immediately and will be offered on a one year renewable contract. The position is based in Siem Reap but may involve infrequent travel to Phnom Penh or to rural areas.

Community Development Project Officer

Reporting to TLIC’s Program Coordinator, the Community Development Project Officer
(CDPO) works directly with community members, local authorities and sub-national mechanisms implementing all relevant program activities such as mapping and identification of local family support and child protection mechanisms; community consultation (PRA); training and capacity building; community awareness raising events; building links, connections and networks of support; and assisting with monitoring and evaluation. This position is available immediately and will be offered on a one year renewable contract. The position is based in Siem Reap but may involve infrequent travel to Phnom Penh or to rural areas.
